France Macdonald was the original hostess for the evening. Although still active, she recently passed the reigns to Joyce DeVore.

Rev. Stephen Fulton, sitting in the Church Foyer. Christal, a child spirit, speaks through him during these evenings and creates just the right mood and condition for the Spirit messages to follow.

Joyce DeVore is the hostess for the Victorian Evenings. She brings with her the same grace and charm which people have come to expect during these events. Joyce has three Pug dogs. Wouldn't it be great if they were there to greet people along with her? How cute would that be!

The evening begins with a delectable array of tea sandwiches and other goodies, carefully arranged by Rev. Stephen on three-tiered Jeffersonian trays. And that's the just beginning.

And so it goes. It really is a terrific evening of fun, fellowship, great eating, inspiration, and Spirit communication with loved ones.

Beyond all this, the truly moving experiences which people have with their Spirit loved ones is what makes these evenings so much a part of the work of the First Spiritual Temple and its Ayer Institute. People can have fun and enjoy good fellowship, while touching the wondrous Spirit within. The tears which flow from the Heart-Life is what it's all about.
