On May 19, 2006, our dear friend and colleague, Eileen Roberts, turned 90 years young. The following day, May 20, 2006, family, friends, and colleagues gathered to celebrate this festive event. The party was held at the Society of Friends, Quakers Hall, at Balgores Crescent, Balgores Lane, Gidea Park, Romford, England.

The Quakers are no strangers to Eileen Roberts. For nearly 40 years, the Romford Branch of the Institute of Spiritualist Mediums hosted their monthly meetings in this hall. During that time, Eileen (now retired from the ISM, but honored as President Emeritus) served as branch area representative and organizer for countless monthly meetings. For over 40 years, Eileen served the ISM as its President and Education Officer; a job she did with exceptional dedication, incredible hard work, and an inspired wisdom rarely seen today. It was our pleasure to host Eileen at our Church for over 20 years.

It has been my pleasure to serve the Romford Branch and the ISM a number of times and to be present at Eileen's 90th Birthday Celebration. Here are some pictures of the party for your enjoyment.
